Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements of Murray &
Roberts for the year ended 30 June 2007, which incorporate a notice of the
annual general meeting have been posted to shareholders today, Friday 28
September 2007.
The annual financial statements contain no changes or modifications to the audited preliminary results published on SENS on 29 August 2007. The annual financial statements are audited by Deloitte & Touche whose unqualified report is available for inspection at the registered office of the company. Notice is given that the fifty-ninth annual general meeting of the company will be held at the registered office of the company, Douglas Roberts Centre, 22 Skeen Boulevard, Bedfordview, on Tuesday 30 October 2007 at 11:00.
