Terry’s primary responsibility will be leadership of risk management in the Group, which includes oversight of Group Insurance and Internal Audit and the management of performance bonds and various forms of guarantees. He will also assume corporate responsibility for Group Benefits.

Key to the implementation of effective risk management is the executive leadership necessary to oversee the full aspect of enterprise risk management in the Group where every aspect of the business carries risk to a greater or lesser degree. The high levels of complexity that characterizes Murray & Roberts compound the business risk environment, demanding specific leadership skills to understand, mitigate and extract value therefrom.

Terry has provided corporate executive leadership to Consani and UCW over the past two years and will continue in a corporate role with these operations, particularly further development of the UCW Partnership.
