It is just two-and-a-half years since we commenced Rebuilding Murray & Roberts, This is halfway in our five-year journey to transform our company into a world class design build contractor. Over the past few months, my executive colleagues and I have been giving thought to our challenge Beyond Rebuilding Murray & Roberts. What direction and trajectory will we take as we pursue our vision of sustainable earnings growth and value creation? What socio-economic and political environment awaits us in the future? Can we determine our own future and if so, what are our aspirations? Do we have the capacity to engage this journey with confidence? |

This edition of Robust highlights systems
thinking as a way in which to create connectivity between aspiration for
the future and current reality. “The destination is our point of
departure” reflects in advertising what we do every day in Murray &
Roberts for sustainable delivery.
Although still responsible for the production of Robust and our other publications, Lesley Lambert has left the full-time employ of Murray & Roberts to spend more time with her young family. Thank you, Lesley for bringing us this far in our branding. Brian Bruce
