| NO CHANGE STATEMENT, CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE, NOTICE OF AGM
Murray & Roberts Holdings Limited Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements of Murray & Roberts for the year ended 30 June 2006 which incorporate a notice of annual general meeting have been posted to shareholders today, Friday 29 September 2006. The annual financial statements contain no changes or modifications to the audited preliminary results published on SENS on 30 August 2006. The annual financial statements are audited by Deloitte & Touche whose unqualified report is available for inspection at the registered office of the company. The Board regrets to advise that Mr Saki Macozoma, an independent non executive director of the company, has given notice that he intends retiring from the Board of Murray & Roberts with effect from 25 October 2006. The Board thanks Mr Macozoma for his valuable contribution over the past five years.
