| Stephen Pell appointed a director of Murray & Roberts Limited |
| Stephen Pell (44) has been appointed a director of Murray & Roberts Limited
with effect from 1 September 2002. Since his appointment as managing director of Murray & Roberts Construction on 1 January 2002, Stephen has taken leadership responsibility to consolidate our domestic building and civil engineering operations and has integrated the Middle East and Africa operations into our international construction strategy. Stephen is a Building Science graduate of the University of Port Elizabeth. He was previously managing director of Murray & Roberts Gillis Mason and before that of Murray & Roberts Namibia. As a member of the Murray & Roberts Executive Committee, Stephen has shown a deep understanding of and commitment to the principles and values embodied in our Rebuilding Murray & Roberts strategy. |
