Norbert was previously a Vice President and Officer of global management consulting firm A.T. Kearney, Inc. and the head of its South African practice. In this capacity he has advised Murray & Roberts on a number of strategic, organizational and operational issues in recent years, supporting our successful Rebuilding Murray & Roberts strategy.

Norbert brings to Murray & Roberts, thirteen years of international top management experience with A.T. Kearney in Düsseldorf and Berlin (Germany), Toronto (Canada), São Paulo (Brazil), Seoul (South Korea), and Johannesburg. He has worked with leading corporations in a wide range of industry sectors including automotive, chemical, consumer products, media, telecommunication, transportation and engineering and construction.

Norbert will play a key role in our group leadership team with a personal focus on guiding Murray & Roberts in the identification of growth opportunities, particularly in the international arena, as we continue with our commitment to sustainable earnings growth and value creation.
