| Murray & Roberts selects JD Edwards as partner |

Murray & Roberts is pleased to announce that JD Edwards has been selected as the
group’s preferred Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) vendor to ensure the
fundamental platform and service capability that will enable strategic
connectivity between all elements of the group, its customers, partners and
suppliers. The strategic partnership selection will consist of JD Edwards,
Unisys and Microsoft.
This decision is an important milestone in the journey of Rebuilding Murray & Roberts which aims to realise the group’s destiny as a South African world class enterprise, committed to sustainable earnings growth and value creation. JD Edwards was selected following months of negotiations owing to its understanding of Murray & Roberts' business and the meaning of partnering with the group.
