| Murray & Roberts and local partner Al Habtoor have recently been awarded another major contract in Dubai to build Phase 2 of the Madinat Jumeirah Resort, valued at approximately US$150 million. The project comprises a five-star hotel, 306 villas, a health spa, restaurants, canal waterways, swimming pools, landscaping and roads, with completion scheduled for 2004. |

| The second phase of the BurJuman expansion, including the addition of three
levels of retail area to the existing mall and the building of an office tower
and two residential towers, has also been awarded to the Al-Habtoor Murray &
Roberts joint venture. Construction of the R420 million structure has already
commenced and is set for completion by July 2003. |
