In the Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2003 it was announced that "independent directors Peter Joubert and Brigalia Bam had reached the age of 70 and would be retiring from the Board at the end of June 2004.

" In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa, shareholders are advised that their retirement as independent directors will be with effect from Wednesday, 30 June 2004. 

The Board of Directors wish to thank Peter Joubert and Brigalia Bam for their  significant contribution to the success of MRH.
